In early 2000, Michigan Consulting established its business and services in Mexico, initially attending the Northeast region of the country, looking to provide support to foreign companies while operating in Mexico.
Our consultants found a common opportunity in companies facing chronic difficulties to improve their performance. The Operative Development model created by Michigan CS has been instrumental for our customers as it showed the real process opportunities that prevented their ability to improve performance.
With time, the model provided outstanding results in a wide range of industries.
